Membership Definitions
- Resident: An individual residing within the city limits of Monticello. Proof of residency may include a valid driver's license, property tax receipt, utility bill (including cell phone), lease agreement, mortgage statement.
- Non-Resident: An individual who does not live within the city limits of Monticello.
- Junior: Individuals between the ages of 3 and 17 years. Children 2 and under are included free in a membership. Junior memberships require a Guardian Consent form to be completed by a legal guardian at the time of sign up. Download and print a consent form.
- Senior: Individuals age 55 and older.
- Dual: Two individuals residing at the same address.
- Family: Parents/guardians (up to 2) and their minor children living at the same address. Dependents between the ages of 18 and 24 years are eligible with proof of full-time student status, which must be verified each year. Acceptable proof of student status must show the student's name, the name of the college or institution, and the current semester/school year.
- Children 24 years and younger if they are full-time students.
- Student transcripts must be supplied each year.
- After the age of 25 or if not a full time student after the age of 18 will be required to purchase their own membership.
- MERSC: An individual employed by a company belonging to the MERSC (MN Employee Resource + Service Company) program. The employee must be an active member on the account, and proof of employment is required before discounted rates can be applied.
- Military: The community center recognizes the sacrifices made by military personnel and their families to ensure our country is protected. Veterans, active and former military personnel, reservists, and Gold Star families are eligible for a discounted membership rate. The service member must be an active member on the account, and verification is required before discounted rates can be applied.

- A $30 admin fee is assessed on all continuous memberships at the time of activation.
- This option requires auto withdrawal from a checking or savings account or auto charge to credit card. There is a cancellation fee within the first 12 months. Sales Tax is included in the prices below.

Childcare Add-On
A childcare add-on can be purchased for $20 a month, per child (max $40 per family).
Having this add-on requires a commitment to the expiration date of your membership or at least one year. Auto draft is available for those who would like to pay monthly with their continuous membership.
